Resolving a 10.XY.90 or 10.XY.91 Error Message on HP Color LaserJet and MFP Flow Printers

If you have replaced toners in your HP Color LaserJet or MFP Flow Printer and find an error message displaying, similar to 10.00.90 or 10.00.91, it may be that the “toner gate” or “drum gate” is open on your cartridge.
